Perfect

Exactly what I was looking for, a compact casting rod for small areas, easy to carry, good feel and stiffness.

Medium Light Casting

First impression out of the box was to send it back. Wayyyy too light. No way this can handle larger fish. Glad I gave it a shot. Fantastic rod. Sooo much fun handling lakers.

Very nice rod

I really like this rod. It is a joy to fish lake trout. It makes controlling my lures very easy. It is by far the best rod I have seen for using a baitcaster which is my preference. It would be even better if the blank went all the way through the handle. I fish mostly outside and have not had trouble with icing on the guides. Haven't caught any really large fish yet but it handles 10 lbers easily. Have also used it for walleyes a few times. Probably should have purchased the medium instead.

Hi David - we are pleased to hear our rods handle your specific fishing application well and provide an enjoyable experience. All of our rod blanks do in fact go through the rods handle. Your detailed feedback is appreciated by our team and we are working on adding information to the site to better direct our consumers to the rod that will best suit their needs. - Dan

Sick little stick

Bought this for vertical jigging out of my kayak. Can’t believe this blank would handle a 20 lb laker. Such good bend and sensitivity. Hopefully I can load it up on a teener walleye on the Columbia over here in WA. Only cranked up a couple dink perch on it so far but I felt those little pecks easily on some 10lb braid and flouro. Beauty little jigging rig thanks Eric and family for your passion in the industry

Decent rod

It’s a decent rod overall. The length is perfect and I like the glass bendy feeling… However the handle is monotonously long. The first thing I did upon receiving my rod was cutting the good 5” off of it. I mean, why would you want this handle that is over a foot long?!! Jeez!!!

Very satisfied

This rod was very effective in landing 15 to 25 lb lake trout through the ice. Perfect action. Appreciate the quality of construction fit and finish very nice. I appreciated the technical support in finding the right weight rod also.
Thanks

New jig stick.

We need more cold weather so I can try it. Looks great.
I am also hoping to use it for squid this summer.

45" Med casting rod

I gave the rod to my husband for Christmas. He was super pumped about getting it and can't wait to use it.
