Ordering & Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer Affirm financing for qualified buyers.

We do not. However, there may be products on our website that have specific tiered pricing or, from time to time, there may be tiered sales.

Yes we do, you can find them here We only work with small, specialized retailers and are not available in big-box retailers.

Please contact our support within two (2) hours with any changes or cancellations. We do our best to promptly prepare and ship all orders. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and delivery address changes are not possible.

Yes, our gift cards are available in increments of $50, $100 and $200. Once the gift card has been ordered you will receive an email receipt with the gift card information on it. The recipient of the gift card can use it during checkout and gift cards don’t expire.

Shipping

We ship primarily to the United States and Canada but can also ship worldwide for many of our product lines.

We offer flat rate shipping for all US orders less than $200. Orders to the lower 48 ship for $10 and orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship for $15. Orders $200+ ship for free.

We offer flat rate shipping for all US orders less than $100. Orders to the lower 48 ship for $5 and orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship for $10. Orders $100+ ship for free.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days.

We ship our orders via the most economical method available. The majority of our orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We offer a number of expedited shipping options including 2nd Day and Overnight service from UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout using dimension weight. Please take into consideration that your order will ship in 1-2 business days. 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive and email with your tracking number. Didn’t receive it? Please check your spam folder.

United States – Track your package at www.usps.com or www.ups.com.
Canada – Track your package at www.usps.com. Once it passes through customs you can get more detailed information by tracking at www.canadapost.ca with the same tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

All requests for exchanges and returns must be handled through customer service. Please contact us to start the process.

Returns: A refund will be for the item price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping fees are not refundable and orders that ship free will have shipping costs deducted from the final return amount. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Exchanges: We are always happy to help out swap out rods. You will be responsible for the price difference and cost of shipping.

Canada Orders

All orders under $200 USD ship for a flat rate of $15. Orders $200+ USD ship free. Rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. These latter incurred fees are the customer's responsibility.

At this time we are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including province of residence.

All orders to Canada ship via USPS unless another shipping option is selected. Once your package(s) pass through customs it is handed off to Canada Post for final delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on customs clearance All Canadian packages are trackable and detailed information is available during Canada Post handoff. Please note that transit rates are contingent upon transit distance and the weight of your shipped item(s). Rates are not inclusive of taxes or duties. 

We also offer UPS ground and expedited services for quicker and guaranteed delivery timeframes.

International Orders (excl. Canada)

For orders shipping outside of the United States or Canada.

We ship world wide, where possible, but we currently only allow online ordering in the United States or Canada. If you're interested in placing an order please contact us for a quote.

We have shipped rods all over Europe and Russia. Please note, we are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to country of shipping destination and product price.
